In the patron block screen there is an option under the "blocks" menu at the top to "Group All Related" this is a great feature to use when patrons have a lot of blocks to help group similar information. However, it will also merge a lost fee and a lost processing fee into one entry labeled "lost processing fee". Unchecking this option will return it to two separate entries.
While reviewing this, I also noticed that when an item has been changed to lost and a lost processing fee is added and then the item is checked back in; Horizon now clears both the lost charge and the processing fee and both blocks move to the borrower history.
