Sometimes after a Citrix client you will need to reinstall the workstation Cash Drawer settings in Horizon. If you do not use the adhoc reports to balance the money you receive, your location name can be entered in each field. If your location does track financial transactions through the adhoc reports, talk to your library director about the appropriate information to identify each workstation.
