If some of your information is not displaying on a newly set up receipt printer, it may be due to the printer being set to use a larger size piece of paper. So if something is set to be right aligned or centered and the printer is expecting an 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper that information will not be printed on the narrow three inch roll of receipt paper.
Follow these steps to change the paper size.
1) Launch Horizon and open CKO.
2) Click on Tools---> Change Receipt Options.
3) Click on the Windows Printing Box and click on SETUP.
4) Choose the desired printer then click on Properties.
5) Choose the Layout tab and click on Advanced.
6) Change the paper size to the desired form name (probably “roll paper” or something similar
7) Click on OK four times.
