If the Horizon AND Citrix icons are both gone, shut down your computer, wait 5 minutes and restart the computer. This should clear any problems that caused the icons to disappear.


If only your Horizon icon disappears from your desktop.

  1. Right click on the Citrix icon in the lower right corner of your monitor.
  2. Click on the down arrow at the top of the screen where it says "arrowhead##" and click on refresh.
  3. If that doesn't open Horizon or display the icon, close the window.
  4. Right click again on the Citrix icon in the lower right corner of your monitor.
  5. Click on "Log Off", right click on the Citrix icon again and "Log On"
  6. This will cause the Citrix log in window to display and you will need to log in with:

    Domin\Username: dynixasp\arrowhead##    - The # is the number sent to your library computer contact/director and will be unique to each computer.
    Password: k33pg0!ng
    Check the box to Remember my Password.
  7. Then the Horizon log in screen should display.  If not shut down your computer and wait five minutes before turning it back on.
