If the Horizon AND Citrix icons are both gone, shut down your computer, wait 5 minutes and restart the computer. This should clear any problems that caused the icons to disappear.
If only your Horizon icon disappears from your desktop.
- Right click on the Citrix icon in the lower right corner of your monitor.
- Click on the down arrow at the top of the screen where it says "arrowhead##" and click on refresh.
- If that doesn't open Horizon or display the icon, close the window.
- Right click again on the Citrix icon in the lower right corner of your monitor.
- Click on "Log Off", right click on the Citrix icon again and "Log On"
- This will cause the Citrix log in window to display and you will need to log in with:
Domin\Username: dynixasp\arrowhead## - The # is the number sent to your library computer contact/director and will be unique to each computer.
Password: k33pg0!ng
Check the box to Remember my Password. - Then the Horizon log in screen should display. If not shut down your computer and wait five minutes before turning it back on.
