Arrowhead Library System

The URSA errors "Inter-Library Loan items must be renewed through URSA" occur when someone tries to renew an item requested through MnLink.  ILL items from outside of the ALS region can NOT be renewed without approval by ALS ILL staff. Attempting to renew these items will display a “URSA Error”.  

This happens on ALS member library items when the patron requests the item through MnLink rather than though Enterprise/Horizon. If you are positive it is actually owned by an ALS region library you can renew it by editing the item. 

The URSA error seems to have been updated with a new message: "This item type cannot be circulated to this borrower type."
