If using the Browser based Citrix and it does not open - either nothing happens or a black screen opens.  There are a couple of things to clear it.


https://citrixatl.sirsidynix.net/Citrix/CitrixATLWeb/

  1. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the Arrowhead### in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on Change Citrix Receiver...
  3. Click on the blue Detect Receiver box in the next window that opens
  4. Login as normal


In Chrome, clear the cache and try again

  1. Try going to the the settings again in Chrome - the three little dots in the upper right hand corner,
  2. Scroll down to the privacy settings
  3. Click on Clear browsing data
  4. Check the cached images and files
  5. click on clear data
  6. And then see if you can log in using your login. 

If these do not work there is a know issue that requires S/D to make a change in Horizon:
