If using the Browser based Citrix and it does not open - either nothing happens or a black screen opens. There are a couple of things to clear it.

- Click on the dropdown arrow next to the Arrowhead### in the upper right corner.
- Click on Change Citrix Receiver...
- Click on the blue Detect Receiver box in the next window that opens
- Login as normal
In Chrome, clear the cache and try again
- Try going to the the settings again in Chrome - the three little dots in the upper right hand corner,
- Scroll down to the privacy settings
- Click on Clear browsing data
- Check the cached images and files
- click on clear data

And then see if you can log in using your login.
