Right click in the lower right corner of the task bar if you have a black target for citrix that is the old version and you will need to uninstall Citrix Receiver and Install Citrix Workspace using this link:

If we ask you to update to the most recent version of Citrix Workspace (Blue target icon) -
Right click on the icon in the lower right corner of you task bar, double click on the "Advanced Preferences". Click on "Citrix Workspace Updates" in the upper list and let it do any updates.
