You can now add your own local images as either cover art or an image that will display in the detail display of Enterprise results.
If you search for "Mad Librarian" in the Arrowhead Profile you can see how the cover art (my pictures) displays in the results list and click on the title of my book and see the ALS logo in the detail display:

In order to add the image as cover art, you need to follow this process:
- Have an image posted to your website so that you can right click on the image and then "Open image in new tab". This link to the image in the new tab is what you will add to an 856 field in the marc record.
- In the marc record you will need to add an 856 tag that has the link in the subfield "u" with the proper image coding around it and the text "cover art" in the subfield "z" . Also the indicators MUST be "4 0". Anything else will not display correctly.
In order to add the image in the detail display, you need to follow a similar process:
- Have an image posted to your website so that you can right click on the image and then "Open image in new tab". This link to the image in the new tab is what you will add to an 856 field in the marc record.
- In the marc record you will need to add an 856 tag that has the link in the subfield "u" and repeats it in the subfield "y" with the HTML image coding around it as shown below. Also the indicators MUST be "7 8". Anything else will not display correctly.
Let me know if you have any questions and remember it may take an hour or two before the images display in Enterprise depending on when the harvest is scheduled.
If you look at the staff view of your record and see the new 856 fields and your image is not displaying then give me a call so we can see what may be causing the problem.
