If you see the Citrix error "More users are attempting to use this application than allowed.  Please try again later." the following steps should resolve most problems:



  1. Right click on the citrix icon (blue/black and white target) in the lower right tray of icons on your desktop (you may need to click on the up arrow to see it).
  2. Click on Open
  3. Click on the down arrow next to the arrowhead## in the upper right corner of the window.
  4. Click on log off/sign off
  5. Press the Ctrl, Alt, and Delete key at the same time
  6. Click on Task Manager
  7. In the Processes tab - Scroll through the Apps and the Background Processes listed (if you don't see those words click on "More details") and select each listing of "Citrix" and click on "End task"
  8. Close that window
  9. Open Horizon
  10. You will need to enter the password k33pg0!ng   
  11. If this doesn't work try restarting your computer
  12. If you continue to see the "More users than allowed" error submit a case or contact ALS staff to have your license reset.
