If you see the Citrix error "More users are attempting to use this application than allowed. Please try again later." the following steps should resolve most problems:
- Right click on the citrix icon (blue/black and white target) in the lower right tray of icons on your desktop (you may need to click on the up arrow to see it).
- Click on Open
- Click on the down arrow next to the arrowhead## in the upper right corner of the window.
- Click on log off/sign off
- Press the Ctrl, Alt, and Delete key at the same time
- Click on Task Manager
- In the Processes tab - Scroll through the Apps and the Background Processes listed (if you don't see those words click on "More details") and select each listing of "Citrix" and click on "End task"
- Close that window
- Open Horizon
- You will need to enter the password k33pg0!ng
- If this doesn't work try restarting your computer
- If you continue to see the "More users than allowed" error submit a case or contact ALS staff to have your license reset.
