Your u on-screen keyboard will disappear when you sync your BlueTooth scanner that is because on all devices a scanner is considered a Human Input Device(HID) and will supersede the on-screen keyboard.
This is an issue In MobileCirc on iPads however there is a work around. Once your scanner is synced to the iPad, it is considered the primary data input device. To use the keyboard, press the small power button on the scanner 3 times quickly. The scanner should beep and the keyboard will appear on the screen. When you are ready to go back to the scanner, push the down arrow on the keyboard to reactivate the scanner.
